报告人简介：
Dr. Makhlouf Laleg holds a Ph.D. in polymer chemistry from the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon (France). He is currently an adjunct professor at the department of chemistry, McGill University. Dr. Laleg previously worked at FPInnovations as research leader and scientist from 1986 to 2017. He has R&D experience in all aspects of pulp processing and papermaking with an in-depth understanding of wet-end chemistry and functional additives. He has also been actively involved in the development and applications of cellulosic biomaterials derived from wood fibers (e.g.cellulose nanofibrils, lignin, etc.). Dr. Laleg has published over 100 papers and industrial reports and holds 14 patents. His scientific contribution to the paper chemistry and biomaterials has been recognized internationally.
